Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role involves working with both long-term and short-term rehabilitation patients in a 130-bed facility.

Schedule

The position requires availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with a Monday through Friday routine and some weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care while monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
