We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This position offers full-time hours with a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring a work-life balance with no weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans established by licensed therapists.
• Provide direct patient care and support, ensuring optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Observe and report patient progress to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of patient interactions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Current PTA or COTA license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
