Job Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Schedule

The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled over five days. Weekend rotations are not required.

The facility is a medium-sized establishment with a capacity of 120 beds, offering both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. The facility currently holds a short-term rehabilitation rating of Below Average and a long-term care rating of Average.
