We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide quality care to our patient population, which primarily consists of adults. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing radiation therapy treatments with expertise and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the oncologist.
• Prepare patients for treatment by explaining procedures and answering questions.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed records of treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Radiation Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred, especially with adult populations.

Working Conditions

This position operates on a day shift schedule, five days a week. No on-call or weekend shifts are required. The expected patient-to-therapist ratio is 20 patients per therapist.
