Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient care and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and techniques.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• First-time candidates are welcome to apply.
• Must have a current California Occupational Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Shift Information

• Day shifts with a schedule of 5×8 hours (08:00 – 16:30).
• Weekend shifts are not required, but candidates must be open to weekend scheduling if necessary.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated based on management discretion.

Additional Information

• Charting system used: Epic.
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
• Guaranteed hours may be affected by scheduling adjustments.
