Vascular/IV Therapy Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vascular/IV Therapy Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing specialized care and support in IV Therapy and vascular access within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapy and manage vascular access procedures.
• Provide patient education regarding IV therapy and vascular access care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Epic for efficient charting and documentation.

Schedule and Shift Information

This position is a night shift role, requiring the candidate to work three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Weekend availability is required every other weekend. Please note that block schedules are not applicable for this position.

Important Requirements

• This role does not float between units.
• The night shift team does not perform PICC placement.
• Completion of training and a thorough understanding of Epic HARDSTOP is required.
• No on-call responsibilities are associated with this position.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in IV Therapy and vascular access preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
