Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including adults, geriatrics, and occasional pediatric patients, within a medical-surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a critical access environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to their needs promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical environment.
• Proficiency in IV insertion, catheter placement, and pain management techniques.
• Strong background in assessing and managing common diagnoses, including COPD, pneumonia, and other non-critical conditions.

Additional Information:

This position requires rotating weekend shifts and does not include on-call responsibilities. The work environment fosters a culture of quality patient care and teamwork.
