Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room (ER). This role requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience in a fast-paced ER environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and making critical decisions in urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients efficiently in the emergency setting.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor and interpret patient vitals and medical history.
• Respond to emergency situations with a calm and focused demeanor.
• Work with a dedicated team to manage patient flow and ensure quality care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and valid certifications including ACLS.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in an Emergency Room or similar high-acuity setting.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

This position requires a 10-hour shift from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Flexibility for overnight observation shifts may be necessary based on patient care needs.
