Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and effective healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and monitoring patient health status
• Developing and implementing patient care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educating patients and families about health management and disease prevention
• Documenting patient progress and care outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Participating in ongoing professional development and education

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Relevant clinical experience in acute care settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialized area
