Registered Nurse (RN)
Role Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and effective healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and monitoring patient health status
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educating patients and families about health management and disease prevention
- Documenting patient progress and care outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
- Participating in ongoing professional development and education
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Relevant clinical experience in acute care settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialized area
