Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. This is a PRN position that requires working three 12-hour shifts per week, along with rotating call and weekend responsibilities.

Position Summary

The RN will be responsible for planning and providing nursing care to patients within the Emergency Department, which includes a 13-bed capacity with two trauma bays.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Colorado or the ability to obtain one, in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting.
• Mandatory flu vaccination is required between October 1st and April 1st; no declinations will be accepted.

Additional Information

The position requires that the traveler’s permanent address is at least 75 miles away from the facility. Candidates must comply with local agency requirements.
