Emergency Room Nurse

Shift Information

This position requires working a 3×12 night shift from 1900 to 0730. Floating to other units may be required based on patient needs. Weekend coverage is expected every other weekend, though this may change depending on departmental requirements.

Documentation and Medication Systems

The documentation system in use is EPIC, and candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience with this system. The medication management system utilized is Omnicell.

Required Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Crisis Prevention Intervention/Management of Assaultive Behavior (CPI/MAB)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in an emergency room setting is required.
• First-time travelers will be considered based on their experience.
