Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in intermediate and comprehensive liver care. This position requires a strong background in patient care, particularly within an Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals with liver-related conditions.
• Monitor and assess patient health, including vital signs and symptom management.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding disease management and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with the care and management of patients pre- and post-liver transplant.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on intermediate care or progressive care.
• Experience in liver transplant or liver care is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Shift Details

This position offers various shifts including:

• Night shifts: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Day shifts: 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)
