• Day Shift: 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit specializing in Comprehensive Liver Care is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to patients with liver conditions. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering treatment in accordance with the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adhere to established protocols and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant specialty.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
