Rehabilitation Therapist

A state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to support the treatment and recovery of individuals facing the challenges of severe injury or illness. The facility focuses on providing high-quality care and specialized rehabilitation tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Position Overview

The Rehabilitation Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of patients through comprehensive rehabilitation programs. This role requires an understanding of diverse rehabilitation techniques and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized rehabilitation services to patients recovering from various conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and rehabilitation strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, rehabilitation techniques, and progress towards goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in rehabilitation or a related field.
• Current licensure and certification as required by the relevant professional board or governing body.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Work Schedule

This position is aligned with a daytime schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Flexibility will be required based on patient needs and departmental requirements.
