Cardiovascular OR Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular OR Technologist to join our open-heart team. This position involves working on critical surgical cases including cardiac bypass, valve replacements, and robotic lung surgeries.

Shift and Call Requirements

• Shift: 8-hour days for a total of 5 days per week.
• On-call schedule: Approximately 10 days per month, which may include 1 to 2 weekends. A 30-minute response time is required for calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrubbing in on primary cases including cardiac bypass and valve replacements.
• Assisting with robotic lung procedures as needed.
• Willingness to scrub for general OR cases when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience scrubbing cardiac and thoracic surgical cases is essential.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and ability to support the surgical team effectively.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide excellent patient care.
