Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Information

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing objective assessments and individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages, according to departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct objective occupational therapy assessments for patients as directed by departmental guidelines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system (EPIC).
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma OTR or LOTR certification is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults.

Other Requirements

• Ability to adapt to varying workloads and patient needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to comply with facility policies regarding dress code, including wearing black scrubs.

Work Schedule

• Shifts will be during the day, 5 days a week.
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 36.
• Availability for call requirements as needed by the facility.
