Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room services to join our surgical team. This position involves operating in a state-of-the-art facility known for its clinical excellence and advanced patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical services and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.

Position Overview

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with availability for weekday and weekend call.
• Shift: Day shift, with varied hours.
• Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 36 hours.
• On-Call Requirements: Required one to two times per week.
• Floating: May float to the main OR as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a surgical setting.
• Ability to handle varied shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Unit Information

• Patient Ratios: 1:1.
• Electronic Health Records: EPIC.
• Patient Population: Serves patients of all ages.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Charge nurse experience.
• Experience in Level 1 trauma centers.
• Proficiency with robotic surgical systems.
