Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – M/S TELE

We are seeking a skilled Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical/Surgical Telemetry to provide high-quality health care services. This role involves working on a full-time basis, with guaranteed hours and weekend block scheduling available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory and facility standards.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting.
• Current certifications as required by the state and facility standards.
• Completion of state-specific checks, including Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Orientation and Scheduling

Orientation for new hires takes place weekly, typically on Mondays. Candidates should be available for full-time shifts and are encouraged to have flexibility in their scheduling.
