LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation team. This position involves providing high-quality care and support to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients following the established care plan.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical status.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery processes.
• Promote patient safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications

• Current LPN Licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care for patients in need of rehabilitation services.
