Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) for an exciting opportunity. This position will require working night shifts, with hours from 7 PM to 7 AM, and includes every other weekend. Additionally, on-call shifts will be scheduled twice during the contracted period.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions throughout the labor process.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for mothers and newborns.
• Administer medications and assist in various medical procedures as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Active Arkansas or multistate nursing license.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP are required.
• Experience in postpartum care is preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend and fulfill call shift requirements.

Scheduling

Consideration will be given to candidates seeking a 48-hour workweek schedule.
