Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Position Information

• Role: Registered Nurse
• Specialty: Stepdown
• Number of Openings: 2
• Shift: Nights, 3 x 12
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Hours: Rotating every other week
• Call Requirements: As needed

Qualifications

• Required Licensure: Current RN License (eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Years of Experience: 1+ years of stepdown nursing

Unit Information

• Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro Medical Surgical
• Equipment: EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional patient care while maintaining professional accountability. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers and coordinate patient care with different departments. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality of information. Perform duties aligned with our values and service standards while ensuring a high standard of care.
