Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and expertise in catheterization procedures, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and administration of catheterization procedures.
• Circulate and monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care and provide updates on patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance programs related to Cath Lab operations.

Schedule

This position requires availability for day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The nurse will also participate in on-call duties, which include being available every third weekend and approximately 10-13 days per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience preferred.
• Current ACLS certification is required.
• Proven experience in a circulating role within the Cath Lab.
