Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. This position requires dedication to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, ensuring high standards of nursing practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Float to the Psych Hold area as needed.
• Participate in mandatory orientation and staff development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with a focus in Emergency Room care.
• At least 1 year of prior travel experience in the Emergency Room is required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI.
• Ability to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and participate in a call and holiday rotation, including 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Mandatory overtime may be required to ensure adequate staffing levels.
