Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and manage patient treatments.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and complications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate health records.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with prior experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability for night shifts.

Additional Information
