Occupational Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position involves working with both inpatient and outpatient populations, and you may be required to float to different units or departments based on staffing and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress, adapting interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatments.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

This role operates under Low/Mid/High performer expectations. Non-compliance with these performance expectations may result in immediate termination of the contract.
