Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) unit. The position requires floating between units based on the needs of the facility. The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the MS/Tele unit.
• Utilize the Omnicell medication system for medication administration.
• Document patient care and interventions using the EPIC system.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Float as needed to other units based on facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS/Tele nursing.
• Must be able to pass an EKG exam.
• Experience floating between units is preferred.

Additional Information

This role requires weekend coverage every other weekend, which may change based on the unit’s needs. Candidates with at least one year of experience with EPIC documentation are encouraged to apply.
