Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

This role is for a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) who will provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary experience and certifications to manage various emergencies effectively.

Shift Information

• Shift Type: Night shifts (3×12 hours)
• Shift Hours: 19:00 – 07:30
• Block Scheduling: Not available

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Emergency Room experience required for first-time travelers.
• Must work every other weekend.
• Floating to nearby sister facilities may be required (rarely).
• Must be able to accommodate holiday shifts – required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Certifications Required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)

Work Hours

Guaranteed hours as follows:

• 8 and 10-hour shifts: 40 hours per week
• 3, 12-hour shifts: 36 hours per week
• 4, 12-hour shifts: 48 hours per week
