• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for evaluations and reassessments
• Equipment: Standard outpatient therapy equipment; connected to fitness center; pool available
• EHR: Meditech
• Supervisor: Kerri Galloway
• Patient Population: Orthopedic, neurological, chronic pain

Hiring Profile

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Licensed physical therapist
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment:
  • Orthopedic: total joints, rotator cuff injuries, joint pain
  • Neurological: TBI, stroke
  • Other: low back pain, cervical pain
• Required Education: Graduate of CAPTE accredited PT program
