Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating clinical expertise and compassion in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to those in the Emergency Room, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assess patients, document information accurately, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Shift Information

This position offers a day shift schedule, consisting of four 12-hour shifts per week, from 06:00 to 18:00.
