Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU); will consider candidates with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or acute inpatient experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans for patients in the rehabilitation setting.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and functional independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress in the electronic medical records system.
