Case Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in case management within an acute care setting and involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• Weekend work required every other weekend.
• First-time travelers may be accepted with Clinical’s approval.
• Willingness to float between like units based on the organization’s needs.
• All requested time off (RTO) should be provided at the time of submittal.

Work Schedule

Shift: Day shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 – 16:30).

No call is required for this position.

Charting System

Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.

Free parking is provided on the first day. Designated parking arrangements will be provided during orientation.
