Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support skills-based hiring practices.
• Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify hiring needs.
• Coordinate training and onboarding processes for new hires.

Qualifications

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred.

Additional Information

This position requires full-time availability during the day shift hours of 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. Candidate must be adaptable and willing to contribute to a dynamic workplace.
