Position Overview

This is an opportunity for a Physical Therapist to work in an outpatient hospital setting. The position involves collaborating with a team to provide high-quality care to patients, aiding them in their recovery and rehabilitation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a diverse patient population.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and preventive care.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Medhost.

Work Schedule

Full-time schedule typically consists of Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.

Additional Information

The position may require floating to other units as necessary, specifically to medical-surgical areas. Scrubs should be teal, and parking is available outside the designated building.
