Certified Occupational Therapist (COT)

Job Overview

This position offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week to start as soon as possible. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with shift information varying based on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address goals and therapeutic outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Current certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and clinical environments.
