Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract with a guaranteed 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and preferably have a weekend schedule. This position does not require holiday coverage.

Shift Information

Shifts will vary; flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Assist patients in achieving independence in daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and objectives.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
