Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an acute care float position. This role involves providing high-quality patient care across various units, including observation and telemetry units.

Shift Details

• 3×12-Hour Night Shift: 19:00 – 07:30
• Potential for block scheduling (not guaranteed)

Responsibilities

• Support patients boarding in the emergency department while awaiting inpatient care.
• Float to observation units as needed to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years of nursing experience, specifically in pre-cardiac catheterization and port management.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
• Current active KY or compact RN license, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC charting is required.

• Candidates may need to adhere to COVID-19 vaccine requirements (medical/religious exemptions permitted) and flu vaccination policies.
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs without any agency or brand logos are required.
• No cafeteria services available; however, a refrigerator and microwave are provided on-site.

• Tattoos and piercings must adhere to specified guidelines, such as no nose rings or gauged earrings.
• Nail length must be less than 1/4″ and associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails.
