Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position involves working in acute care, followed by afternoon outpatient coverage at multiple locations within the region.

Schedule

The role offers a 4×10 hour workweek, specifically from Monday to Thursday, with a shift from 7:20 AM to 5:50 PM. Block schedules are available.

Responsibilities

• Providing physical therapy services in acute care and outpatient settings.
• Traveling between two hospitals approximately 23 miles apart for patient care shifts.
• Maintaining patient care ratios of 1:5 to 1:10.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington.
• Experience in acute care and outpatient settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible schedule and dynamic environment.
