Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality non-invasive cardiology services. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and certifications to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and vascular studies according to departmental protocols.
• Ensure accurate data acquisition and analysis for patient assessments.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and health care providers to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Document and report findings in accordance with established procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Must possess both echocardiography and vascular registries.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in both echocardiography and vascular imaging.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Shift Details

This position requires availability from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with varied weekend call responsibilities.
