Ultrasound Technologist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in sonography and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound exams including but not limited to abdominal, pelvic, and obstetric imaging.
• Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
• Capture and review sonographic images and provide accurate patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and assist in diagnosis.
• Educate patients about procedures and provide necessary support and reassurance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.

Schedule

This position offers a variable day and evening start time with potential shifts beginning at 6:00 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 3:00 PM. A block schedule may be utilized to support optimal staffing.

Qualifications

• Certification and/or licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting, specifically in ultrasound imaging.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
