Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff and collaborating with other healthcare disciplines.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment to provide high-quality nursing care. The role involves assessing patient health, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze relevant patient data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
• Develop comprehensive care plans with prescribed interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement care plans and coordinate health delivery with the healthcare team.
• Evaluate progress toward achieving patient care outcomes.
• Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and their families.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among healthcare team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Acute care facility experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
  • AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required.
