Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires proficiency in EPIC and a strong background in acute care settings. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during day shifts, with flexibility for 36 or 48-hour work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Utilize EPIC systems for efficient patient data management and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification is required.
