Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care instructions.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Experience in Telemetry nursing preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Shift Details

• 3×12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night.
• Night Shift: 19:00 – 07:30
• Day Shift: 07:00 – 19:30

Patient Care Ratio

• 1:5 patient care ratio.
