Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting optimal health outcomes.

Shift

This position requires availability for night shifts from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent nursing experience (within the last 3 years).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Recognition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

• Assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patient progress and providing ongoing assessment and care.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
• Educating patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
