Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.

• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures.
• Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree acceptable.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple priorities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
