Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor

Job Overview

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight during the night shift. The role requires substantial nursing experience and the ability to manage healthcare operations efficiently during non-core hours.

Shift Information

• Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care during the night shift.
• Coordinate and manage patient flow and resources effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in emergency situations by assessing and addressing patient needs.
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff as necessary.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required.
• Proof of negative TB screening within the last 12 months.
