House Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated House Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires flexible scheduling with 3 shifts of 12 hours, including both day and night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general operations of the unit and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care across the emergency room and medical-surgical units.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff and assist with patient care as needed.
• Participate in decision-making processes related to staffing and patient management.
• Provide support during deliveries and care for newborns as a baby nurse.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
• OB experience is required.
• Must have NRP certification or be willing to obtain it during compliance.
• Certification in TNCC or CALS, ACLS, NRP is required.
• Ability to perform in both ER and Med Surg settings.
• Permanent resident must reside at least 25 miles from the facility.

Work Schedule

This position involves working 3×12 hour shifts. Candidates should be available for day and night shifts, as well as a rotating schedule including every third weekend and holiday.
