Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of experience, including step-down experience. Critical care experience is preferred, and previous travel experience is strongly desired. The position will involve supporting ER hold, overflow units, as well as adult and geriatric psychiatric and inpatient rehabilitation units. Depending on the RN’s experience, responsibilities may also include pediatric patients when floated to the ER.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients within the nursing unit.
• Lead and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Engage with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care.
• Create a healing culture for the patients and their families through compassionate care.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license in good standing from Arkansas or a Compact State.
• Certification: BLS certification required.
