Registered Nurse – Medical / Surgical

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing. The ideal candidate will possess neuro experience and hold vital certifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• Neuro experience is required.
• Certifications must include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Familiarity with EPIC system is mandatory.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills.

Work Schedule

The position requires availability for weekends and does not follow block scheduling.
