Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This is a nursing position primarily supporting Med Surgical units, requiring flexibility to float as needed. The schedule consists of 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee, and candidates must agree to an alternating schedule of 36 and 48 hours per week. There is also the option to consider a straight 48-hour work week.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed, with a possible majority of weekend shifts during the contract period.
• Support different departments as a float nurse, adapting to various patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is highly desired.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage shifting responsibilities.

Schedule Details

Night shift available: 4×12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

Block scheduling may be accommodated; however, set schedules cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Information

Travelers must agree to the scheduling conditions, including necessary availability for holidays and weekends. Requests for time off spanning all holidays will not be accepted.
