Medical Surgical/Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical/Tele Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care. This role involves floating between units as needed, working both day and night shifts, and participating in weekend rotations as dictated by unit requirements.

Position Highlights

• Floating: Position may float between units based on needs.
• Weekends Required: Yes, as needed.
• On-Call: Not required.
• Expected Ratios: 1:5-6.

Responsibilities

• Administer post-operative management for patients, specifically in OrthoTrauma care.
• Manage wound vacuum systems and ensure effective wound care.
• Oversee blood administration and monitor patients for transfusion reactions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Uniform Requirements

• Licensed nursing personnel are required to wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire (scrub tops may have colored piping).
• Print tops are not permitted, except in designated children’s units.
• Unlicensed personnel should wear solid hunter green uniforms or scrub attire.
